The
Real Estate Board jurisdiction covers all of Prince Edward County, Hastings
County north to and including the Townships of Marmora, Madoc and Ward
of Elzevir, and Northumberland County including the Townships of Percy,
Cramahe, Seymour Ward, and Brighton Township. Within this territory are
the Cities of Belleville (including the former Thurlow Township), Quinte
West (which includes Trenton, Sidney, Murray and Frankford Wards) and
the communities of Brighton, Picton, Campbellford, Colbourne, Deseronto,
Frankford, Hastings, Madoc,Cloyne, Northbrook, Marmora, Stirling and Tweed,
as well as other adjacent rural communities.
Within the above referred area falls a variety of residential, farm, commercial
and recreational properties. The Quinte area waterfront offers hundreds
of miles of shoreline to explore, boasts some of the finest fishing in
North America and is the gateway to the Trent-Severn Waterway. Glanmore
House, a restored Victorian mansion, is the home of the Hastings County
Museum, housing a superb collection of antique furniture, works of art,
and is designated a National Historic Site. Antique lovers can explore
the many shops and flea markets displaying the work of local artists and
craftspeople.

Belleville's new Civic Square and Farmers' Market and the annual Waterfront
Festival and Folklorama in July. Trenton's 8 Wing Canadian Forces Base
is the largest air transport base in Canada and employs more than 3,000
people. Wing 424 Search & Rescue Squadron operates from the Trenton base
which covers the entire Ontario, Quebec and northern regions.
